    About this opportunity

    We are now looking for an Operations Support – ASP Management and Acceptance who will work and support for operational activities performed within local operations which perform field services.

    What you will do

  • Ensure performance of ASPs and other third parties, including quality, cost, safety and low environment impact.
  • Coordinate and adjust delivery mix of FSO and ASP services.
  • Supervise and report on the operational ASP performance.
  • Secure the operational processes alignment and the application of continual service improvement activities.
  • Drive the processes applied to the organization's infrastructure management, outside a specific MS contract scope.
  • Secure that any change that impacts the customer's infrastructure is assessed and the associated risk mitigated.
  • Provide cost quotation for new pre-sales or add-on sales opportunities.
  • Act as the main interface for other Ericsson organizations regarding local MS delivery performance in Scope of ASP Management.
  • Propose and drive Continuous Improvement activities.
  • Ensure local compliance and provide training related to occupational health and safety practices.

  • You will bring

  • Education: Degree in Telco
  • Proven experience leading by example, working collaboratively and dynamically across the business, with our customers, partners and suppliers in removing complexity,
  • Solid customer management, understanding their perspective and being able to empathize with their business situation and needs
  • Passions for innovation, be curious by questioning ways of working that make things difficult; trial new ways of doing things; fail fast and learn quickly
  • Data smarter to enable predictive analytics, create value and business outcomes by proactively managing our customers networks
  • Experience in Automation as is a strategic necessity, take ownership to deliver services that our customers value and will promote
