duties and responsibility
As a Logistics Manager, you are responsible for the following:

1. Lead and manage a team of logistics personnel overseeing daily operations at plants located in Ipoh.
2. Strategize and assess the transportation strategy and needs for the business.
3. Develop and implement schedules for fleet and distribution at both Ipoh sites to meet daily supply chain demands, totaling approximately few thousands of metric tons per day.
4. Strategize and oversee the scheduling of bagged/bulk cement, export cement, and export clinker deliveries to optimize distribution networks and minimize operational costs across air, sea and land transportation modes skills /experience
   
5. At least 3-5 years in relevant Logistics, Fleet Management and Import / Export
6. Prior people management experience is crucial
7. Willing to be based in Perak
8. Knowledge in logistics, transportation and shipping operations
