    Description
    Job Responsibility

    Administrative Support

    • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
    • Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and respond to inquiries.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes.
    • Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
    • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
    • Prepare and distribute internal communications and announcements.

    Accounting Duties

    • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Prepare invoices, statements, and financial reports.
    • Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger accounts.
    • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenses.
    • Prepare and file basic tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
    • Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
    • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

    Data Entry And Record Keeping

    • Accurately enter financial data into accounting software.
    • Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems, both electronically and physically.
    • Ensure confidentiality of financial and sensitive information.

    Requirements

    Job Requirements

    • Proven experience as an administrative assistant and/or accounts.
    • Proficiency in accounting software.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • A positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate with team members.

    Education And Qualifications

    • Preferably proficient in both English and Mandarin languages.
    • Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
    • Relevant certification (e.g., Certified Public Accountant, Certified Administrative Professional) is a plus.
