    Description of Role

    You will be part of a team servicing a multinational tobacco company. Your role will sit within the ASIA Hub, and you will be managing the brand's social media channels for the Indonesia market, reporting to the Asia Hub Supervisor.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    [Oversight of in-market operations]

  • Manage the social channels for your market, working closely with the in-market clients. You will be the key liaison with your in-market clients, providing key updates on various ongoing social media components

  • Plan the monthly content calendar for the Malaysia and Australia markets, aligning with the global content strategy and utilising global assets.
  • Provide social media platform updates and best practices, as well as social media counsel to ensure that the brands channels and content remain relevant to in-market behaviors and trends.
  • Ideate and provide end-to-end plans for execution of UGC campaigns or contests
  • [Community Management]

  • Publish & Schedule approved content onto the market brand channels via Sprinklr
  • Monitor comments on feed and provide appropriate response as per approved FAQs and SLAs
  • Qualifications

  • Min. 3 to 4 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Have experience developing social media content calendars and planning topics to ensure maximum discovery, engagement with an emphasis on shareability.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube and TikTok
  • Have prior experience in a restricted category (tobacco or similar)
  • Good understanding of social media metrics and how to analyse the data findings
  • Abreast of social media changes and cultural trends, which will inform content development
