Job Summary

This position is responsible to perform and improve on the Bank's Stress Testing programs through periodic enhancements to techniques used in assessing the Banks's capital adequacy.

Key Responsibilities

1) Assessing the capital management, stress testing requirements and ensuring that the industry best practices on capital management are adopted.
2) Analyzing the overall efficiency of capital and provide recommendations on strategic investment and product portfolios.
3) Developing new or improving stress testing programs and techniques, where applicable.
4) Reviewing and enhancing Stress Test related policies and procedures.
5) Conducting regular stress testing to assess the Bank's capital adequacy in conjunction with the relevant Head of Departments.
6) Assist, via research, to advise management of significant risk headwinds, and have a firm handle on risks that may arise from evolving conditions within the economy and/or regulatory developments.
7) Assist in managing and coordinating projects relating to enhancements of the Bank's capital analytics processes and reporting.
8) Delivering effective communications and managing relationships with key stakeholders across the Bank.
9) Demonstrating the Bank's values consistently and act as a positive role model for the team to emulate.

Requirement s

1) Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Actuarial Science, Statistics or equivalent.

2) Minimum 2 years working experience within financial sector.

3) Good communication skills both orally and written with the ability to deal with all levels of organization including Senior Management.
