    The Role

    As a Social Media Manager at VT Markets, you will have the opportunities to join our Marketing Team and provide support to grow our business volume in Europe, and LATAM. You will be responsible to manage company's social media account on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram etc. You will also be responsible for company community operation management and related work to achieve user growth, conversion, and retention.

    Reporting to our Regional Marketing Manager, you will be part of our vibrant and energetic team, where you will work across a range of digital marketing campaigns. This is your opportunity to be a part of a team that values you and your ideas, encourages thinking outside of the box and strives to be at the forefront of our industry at a global level.

    Responsibilities:

    • All company's social media channels by creating content, including ideation, planning and copy writing.
    • Capable to design the creatives used for social media posts.
    • All company's community channels, like Telegram, Discord etc.
    • Enhance user growth, conversion and retention.
    • Able to come out with data-driven choices to guide content creation and coordination.
    • Able to stay up to date with trading/investing trending in the social media space.

    To be successful in this role, you will have:

    • Bachelor Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field.
    • Experience in community channels operations and management is highly desirable.
    • Enthusiastic in all things social media.
    • Skills in Adobe software, editing platforms, animation/video.
    • Knowledge in social media analytic, performance and reports.
    • Experience in social media, ideally in creating content and strategy.
    • Exposure in online trading & investment industry is highly desirable
