    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies
    • Collect all information needed to calculate bills
    • Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure the accuracy of the final bill
    • Issue invoices and bills and sent them to customers
    • Issue customer account statements periodically or whenever necessary
    • Receive payments through various methods (cash, online payments etc.) and check for credibility
    • Send reminders for payments and contact customers
    • Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc.
    • Works collaboratively with operations unit to service customers and resolve billing disputes
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

    Job Requirements

    • Diploma / LCCI Certificate in Accountancy
    • Min 2 - 3 yearsâ experience in billing
    • Ability to speak and write to vendors in English
    • Basic skills in accounting Microsoft office excel and word
    • Attention to detail, prioritization skills, and time management
