    Description

    We are looking for a experienced EHS Engineer with SHO & CepSWaM Certified.

    Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Advise management on the measures to be taken in the interests of the safety, health & environment of the workplace.
    • Responsible to all EHS operations to ensure legal compliance.
    • Access hazard and risk, develop employee's skill to identify Unsafe Conditions/Act.
    • Inspect workplace to determine whether any machinery, plant, equipment, substance, appliance or process or any description of manual labour used in the workplace, is of such nature liable to cause bodily injury to any person working in the workplace or/and result in violation of environmental regulations.
    • Investigate any accident, near-miss accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning which has happened in the workplace.
    • Assist the EHS committee, in organizing and implementing environmental, occupational safety and health program at the workplace and become secretary to the committee to perform all functions of a secretary.
    • Assist the EHS committee in any inspection of the workplace for the purpose of checking the effectiveness of any measures taken in compliance with the regulations.
    • Collect, analyse and maintain statistics on any accident, dangerous occurrence and occupational poisoning which have occurred at the workplace.
    • Report to the management of any event related to safety and health of the workplace on timely basis.
    • Work closely with various sites & corporate on all environmental, health, safety & EHS-MS initiatives & their smooth implementation across all sites.
    • Any other duties on matters pertaining to safety and health of the workplace by the management.
    • Assist in emergency response, ERT trainings, and any other trainings required to enhance employees understanding and skill in terms of EHS.
    • Familiar with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
    • Take up any other task assign by superior from time to time.

    Minimum Qualification :

    • Minimum 8 years of working experiences within EHS
    • Degree in OSH or any Technical Discipline
    • Certified Safety & Health Officer
    • CepSWaM Certified
