- Performs a variety of administrative and clerical support tasks for the manufacturing department
- Responsible for the accurate and timely maintenance of inventory counts, records, and reports
- Conducts manufacturing transactions in Oracle and InSite (Camstar)
- Sustains Work Order maintenance
- Creates, revises and maintains manufacturing documents such as MPIs, labels, SOPs, materials, training documentations, etc with the help of engineering or with supervision
- Performs word processing, or typing to prepare correspondence, reports, statistical data and other forms
- Prepares schedules, charts, graphs, or tables according to instructions
- May act as liaison between departments for coordinating R&D, Engineering, and experimental builds; responsible for filing and data archiving of these builds
- Conducts regular audits of manufacturing documents to ensure up-to-date versions and records are kept
- May conduct training and time studies of manufacturing processes
- This position assumes and performs other duties as assigned
- Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience
- High School diploma/certificate or equivalent
- Basic computer knowledge with Excel & Microsoft word application knowledge
- Must be able to work in shift
