- To expand the company's portfolio by identifying and acquiring new accounts.
- To develop in-depth knowledge of company's offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
- Pitch company services to prospects to all the industry experts (i.e. Property/ Building Managers, JMB/MCs, Security Companies, etc).
- To set sales strategy, promotional package and prepare business proposals for potential leads or clients.
- Build and establish a good business relationship with all our client and partners.
- To lead, build, manage and guide the Business Development team to achieve company's goals and targets.
- To work closely with our Operations team for execution plans and assist in community's events/campaigns.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience.
- Willing to travel and must possess own transport.
- With tertiary education qualification.
- Candidate should be independently, self-motivated, target oriented and eager to learn.
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving, decision-making, leadership and management skills.
- Comfortable with Start-Up working environment and mentality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slide is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Energetic, willing to learn, positive attitude and a fighter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
