- Performance Import/Export custom declarations with correct HS code applied
- Monitor cargo arrival and arrange delivery for Import cargo
- To ensure custom form are correctly submitted for both Import & Export
- Prepare custom report for customer on monthly basis
- Prepare ZB form as required 6 Manage logistics activities
- To coordinate all incoming shipments with operations and customer service
- To follow up closely on shipment status and update the customer service
