- Design, develop, test and implement automated processes with UiPath and other scripting technologies.
- Lead automation projects ensuring adherence to set standards.
- Develop automations such that they result in re-usable assets and artifacts that can be leveraged across other projects.
- Support existing processes and implement change requirements.
- Ensure timely bug fixing of solutions already in production as part of inci-dent management as well as realization of all necessary changes to soft-ware robots.
- Consult the clients as part of process analysis workshops (if required from a technical perspective) and for continuous improvement from a process perspective.
- Create and maintain solution documentation.
- Mentor colleagues through technical vendor-specific RPA training
- Facilitate training and product sessions for business users.
- Possess a bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Informat-ics, or a similar field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, C++, VB Script, Java, or. Net is beneficial.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, coupled with ef-fective interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated analytical acumen and problem-solving expertise.
- Ability to excel in both collaborative team settings and independent work scenarios. Experience in robot development, upkeep, and orchestration within the UiPath ecosystem is desirable.
