Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.A minimum of 5 years' experience working in IT Service Desk / Cyber Security / IAM areas.Experience in managing Premium Desk / Operations (User Support and/or Production Support)Solid understanding of at least one GIS product.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements.Good understanding of GIS principles.Strong knowledge of cyber security concepts.Strong communication skills and presentation skills.Strong leadership ability.Demonstrated integrity within a professional environment.Excellent command of written and spoken English.Familiar with Microsoft Active Directory.Familiarity with RBAC and provisioning is a plus.SailPoint and Okta/SSO tool handling knowledge is a plus point.
