About this role:

We are looking to hire an in-house recruiter for our client, a global assistance and care insurance operator based in Petaling Jaya. This will be a contract for 6 months to 1 year, with the possibility of absorption into a permanent role, depending on busiiness requirements and the candidate's performance. In this role, you will be expected to bring in your recruitment expertise to source, interview, and select top candidates while collaborating with hiring managers and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Utilise various sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and background checks
• Prepare and extend job offers to successful candidates
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of recruitment activities

Qualifications and requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of HR recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, including sourcing techniques and interviewing methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
• Possess a growth mindset and an openness to learning and development
