- Utilize statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining techniques to analyze manufacturing data and identify opportunities for process improvement such that manufacturing equipment are able to self-heal with adaptive process control and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand the manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement advanced process control models to optimize manufacturing processes, improve yield & OEE, and reduce variability.
- Design and deploy real-time monitoring systems to track key performance indicators and identify anomalies in the manufacturing processes.
- Work closely with engineering, IT, and operations teams to integrate data-driven solutions into existing manufacturing systems and includes defining and developing data connectivity and storage strategy.
- Develop equipment standards and specifications for advanced manufacturing process control.
- Integrate solution design to support overall lights-out manufacturing automation roadmap.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance and innovate manufacturing data analytics capabilities. You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Master's or in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Process Engineer and Data Scientist in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling techniques.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python for data analysis and modeling.
- Familiarity with process control systems, sensor data, and real-time analytics in a manufacturing shopfloor environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
