- Provide line support for equipment setup recovery & corrective maintenance to meet KPIs defined in respective functional area
- Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and complete PM documentation as required (e-checklist & TECO)
- Ensure the compliance to 5S, Cleanroom & Safety Protocol
- Support the Tools installation as being required
- Assist Engineer in equipment troubleshooting & projects in any area of overall equipment efficiency(OEE) improvements
- Increase in responsibilities as well as depth and breadth with competency level of the tasks executed and technical expertise acquired through professional experience on the job according to targeted role.
- Contributes to the accuracy of quality in the area and can therefore impact closely related work teams.
- Work as a team member of an integrated team to maximise tool availability and process yield.
- Must be able to understand priorities of work in progress.
- Requires working with toxic gases/chemicals, high voltage and mechanical hazards with respective personal protective equipment
- Identify safety requirements including lockout / tagout, and write required procedures.
- Tracks and analyses spare & consumables usage to ensure availability for production support.
- Solves known problems using basic troubleshooting skills and can function independently in specified areas You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Field of study - Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Manufacturing Engineering
Type of experience
Experience in performing maintenance or Troubleshooting Equipment in any other semiconductor/solar.Must be able to work on equipment while wearing full cleanroom bunny suit attire, gloves and provided PPE.Must be able to work in tight and confined spaces.Experience as equipment sustaining/new equipment setup would be an added advantage.Roles & Responsibilities
Perform all types of maintenance activities on responsible equipment.Troubleshoot equipment breakdown following given procedure/specification and protocols.Perform 5S activities related to maintenance activity.Assist Maintenance Engineers on Equipment KAIZEN/PM/Trouble shooting activities.Good team player and able to take part in company's team and social activities. - Coaching, mentoring networking possibilities
