- Assist to determine scope and objectives of projects assigned, including resource planning, project scheduling and work plan design, to achieve project outcome in an effective and efficient manner
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements as well as track project costs in order to meet budget
- Involve in project implementation to ensure smooth execution of project, including project related trips such as recce, installation, client audit and project maintenance, and provide on-ground direction to team when necessary
- Monitor progress to highlight potential risks or challenges to Operation Lead and/or CEO in a timely manner for rectification or adjustments as needed
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to CEO, Project Manager, clients, various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and project status or progress
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Measure project milestones and performance based on agreed project KPIs and prepare report for clients
- Organise, prepare for and attend meetings with project team, project beneficiaries, clients and stakeholders
- Work closely with Project Manager, CEO and business development team in building project pipeline as well as clientele network.
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in business administration or any other qualification relevant to the job scope
- At least 5 years of experience in social development projects, impact works and/or project management
- Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English – spoken and written
- Agile, high sense of urgency and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
- Self-motivated, proactive in problem-solving and assertive when making decisions.
