Job Responsibilities:

• Lead credit risk scorecards and models development project not limited to scoping, designing, development, validation and implementation to ensure outputs are align with business objective and fulfill the requirement of the project.
• Review and monitor the performance of all credit risk scorecards and strategy to ensure that it stays relevant and perform within the respective guidelines or standards. When required, propose changes and enhancement to scorecards and strategy.
• Work closely with internal validation team to ensure all gaps identified is addressed and closed timely.

• SAS & SQL.
• Other Programming language like C++, C#, Java, Python, MATLAB, R, VBA is an added advantage.
• Good analytical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree with at minimum 4 years experience in a similar capacity.
• Candidate with Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial, Research Operation and Econometrics will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of Predictive modeling techniques and their application.
• Candidate with experience in the financial industry will be an added advantage.
• Possess logical thought processes and abstract thinking.
• Knowledge of financial credit life cycle.
• Knowledge in business campaign analysis is an advantage.

• Experience in credit risk scorecard and modeling development with hands-on experience using various statistical techniques.
• Experience in credit risk analytics
• Experience in working across consumer lending product.
• Experience in business campaign management is an advantage.
