    Overview:

    We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and self-driven eLearning Developer to build and deliver training content on Cloudflare products and solutions to enable our stakeholders such as Sales, Pre-Sales, Post Sales, Partners and Customers.

    The role reports to the Asynchronous Learning Manager on the Sales Enablement team and works with other eLearning Developers, cross-functional teams, and SMEs to develop and deliver training products.

    Candidate will need to provide examples of eLearning courseware built using Articulate RISE.

    Responsibilities:

  • Adhering to instructional design principles, take storyboards (SME-scripted or developed from primary and secondary source content) and create interactive, engaging, high-impact, and effective training that meets audience needs.
  • Design and develop training and enablement content for field representatives and/or partners through a number of different deliverables including but not limited to: eLearning courses and assessments, videos and audio recordings, presentations (e.g. engaging Google Slide decks), instructor-led presentations, facilitator guides, and sales assets (e.g. job aids, cheatsheets, etc.).
  • Work with evolving scripting templates and look for ways to streamline eLearning production and shorten development times while maintaining quality and impact.
  • Load and monitor courses and content into LMS systems
  • Conduct design and content reviews effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Work cross-functionally and build trusted advisor partnerships with stakeholders, SMEs, and cross-functional global teams across different time zones.
  • Learn new Cloudflare products; translate complex information and concepts into accessible learning materials.

  • Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360 and RISE, TechSmith's Camtasia), Learning Management Systems (Workday LMS, Rockwell), content development tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere, Rush, Photoshop, Audition), Google suite (e.g. Docs, Slides, Forms).
  • Keen eye for quality design and visuals that translate into effective and enjoyable training experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in adult learning principles and training best practices in a high-tech environment.
  • Experience with sales methodologies and processes.
  • 2+ years of previous eLearning development experience, preferably with the development of sales and technical courses in a high-tech context.
  • Experience with design models such as ADDIE or Gagne's Nine Events.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Have an enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
