Job Description:

Turner & Townsend, a global construction consulting firm
, to provide great people to manage and support many complex construction projects and programs.

Turner & Townsend is experiencing significant growth here in Asia and is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team The Asia region is one of the fastest growing offices in the global network and this is a unique time to join us as we take the business to the next level and continue to diversify our clients and projects.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include:

Perform reference verifications and facilitate a smooth transition from the recruitment process to the onboarding process.

Qualifications:

They will draw from a successful background in a strong service-oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, and quality hires.

They will have strong organizational skills, be proactive and results oriented.

Education/Experience Required:

They must have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment with prior experience ideally will be from an agency or a consultancy.

Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese or Korean would be highly advantageous
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but experience qualify in lieu of a degree.
