    Description
    Job Purpose

    You will be an integral part of the Research & Client Insights team which is a global function.

    The team runs global research programs covering CCIB client segments, providing strategic inputs to the business on both clients and staff.


    • You will support the team on survey activities, including survey execution, data analysis, survey communications, as well as some insights generation.
    • Your experience with these survey activities will help build your knowledge of the business and clients and will support your career aspirations of either progressing within the team or utilizing your acquired knowledge in other parts of the business e.g Transaction Banking, CIB, FM etc
    • Annual Client Feedback studies for CCIB segments globally where we capture feedback from client decision makers, network managers, treasurers etc on the strength of our strategic and transactional relationships
    • Post Event surveys
    • Utilising Qualtrics survey platform to build surveys, extracting data and deliver on reporting & insights
    • Coordination of key central stakeholder briefings, to ensure that survey findings are known and understood by the relevant teams to drive action
    Job Requirements


    • Educational Discipline in Statistics, Marketing or Business Administration is preferred
    • Strong knowledge of Statistical software packages such as SPSS or SAS or Q Analysis (preferred), Excel & PowerPoint (critical requirement)
    • Experience with Qualtrics survey platform will be an added advantage
    • Experience in Market Research agency will be a strong advantage (2 years minimum)
    • A natural team player, with a clear client orientation and a passion for service excellence

    Strong communication skills:
    ability to build clear and effective communications that drive action


    • Adept at statistical analysis and modelling: ability to build hypotheses, synthe information from different sources and extract key themes / messages from detailed data
    • Good prioritization, able to identify issues and risks to tasks on hand and to seek help when needed for continued progress
    • Ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization – with team, senior executives, and middle management
    • Self-starter, comfortable working independently. Should be detailed oriented with strong work ethics
