Open Position: Research and Development Engineer (Leading Heavy Vehicle Fabrication Company)

A leading Vehicle Fabrication Company is looking for Research and Development Engineer to be based in Johor.

Key requirements include:

1. Involved in R&D to develop new product and improve existing features to meet current demand.
2. End to end project management of new product development to meet the objectives.
3. Engineering calculations and documentation works.
4. Sourcing for materials and components and managing relationship with suppliers to ensure quality and price received.
5. Prototype product testing process including performance evaluation.
6. Collect feedback from customers for future improvement.

Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.

More than 2 years' experience in the industry.

Working knowledge of CAD software.

Able to read, write and speak Mandarin or have proven experience with handling suppliers from China.

Willing to be based in Johor.
