- Holds a Degree in Information Technology where the role is open for fresh graduates
- Provide day-to-day technical support to IT operations with the responsibility to be on stand-by rotations to ensure business runs smoothly
- Perform troubleshooting, recovery and root cause analysis efforts when needs arises/during escalations
- Good experience in building rapport and establish collaboration within other IT Departments and business stakeholders
- Good experience within Windows, Unix/Linux environment with IT Infrastructure knowledge
- Good analytical, problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively
