- Serve as a resource to support day-to-day network security access management & operations on a 24 x 7 basis ensuring to deliver Network Security Access support align with Bank's SLA requirements
- Respond and manage any major or minor Network Security operational issues and outages
- Participate on the planning and execution of assigned IT Security or business project(s) to ensure successful rollout of the project(s) and during project(s) delivery as part of the operation hand over process
- Gather information from Security solution principals, distributors, vendors, and partner for latest network security technology updates & technology refresh
- Process the appropriate access request, required protection and availability of enterprise Network Security infrastructure through effective security controls align with Group IT Security Policy, Standards and Guideline
- Liaise effectively and persuasively with Group Technology to address and execute all network security related activities and issues
- Gather required information for Cyber Security Team in order to identify security threats
- Perform regular maintenance of network security solutions on documentation, security patches & updates
- Prepare monthly and other ad-hoc reports as required by the management for security devices performance monitoring and capacity planning
- Ensure vendors are delivering with the expected quality and respecting their KPIs and SLAs Requirements Requirements:
- Experience in managing Network Security Access Management tools (VPN/Firewall/Proxy/NAC)
- Good knowledge in IT Security and Networking
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
