    Job Responsibility

    • Creative Communication Executive primarily skilled in graphic design, Knowledge Video Editing is a PLUS+
    • Report and feedback to head of marketing and work together with assigned department for the above scope.
    • Creative, multi tasking, self motivated, independent, ability to follow instructions & pleasant attitude, focused on details, well organized
    • Work closely with vendors and suppliers to source materials and ensure design feasibility.
    • Collaborate with our event planning team to conceptualize and design event decorations, including backdrops, table settings, signage, and more.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into design concepts
    • Proficiency in packing design, with the ability to create visually appealing and functional packaging solutions for gift hampers,

    Job Requirements

    • Can speak in English and Mandarin
    • Proven experience as a graphic designer At least 2 years experience in related field, preferably in the events industry.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro) and other relevant design and video editing software.
    • A keen understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior, with the ability to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual narratives.
    • Strong graphic design skills, including typography, layout, and color theory, demonstrated through a diverse portfolio of impactful work.
    • A passion for continuous learning and growth, coupled with a relentless drive to push creative boundaries and deliver exceptional results.
    • Work independently to meet project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
