- To handle inbound and outbound calls from clients & customers requesting for service (vehicle breakdown assistance)
- To make arrangements and dispatch case assignments to service providers
- Accurately record details of case into CRM system and coordinate the dispatching and follow up with service provider
- Daily administration tasks
- Other related miscellaneous tasks
- Minimum SPM or Diploma holder in any fields
- Candidate with or without experience
- Basic computer knowledge
- Conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia
