At first, it was just distribution among our closest suppliers and soon spread, leading us to set up our own manufacturing plant to meet mass demands especially the ready-to-eat bird's nest. Today, Ecolite has expanded its product to 300 varieties, from bird's nest, tonics, and essence, to formulated herbs and single herbs, all inspired by nature. Having an ancestry of practitioners and backed by modern science, we only seek for the most heartfelt supplies.

To this day, our passion stays strong in helping people live their best through proper nourishment at every stage in life.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling local & export shipment document, and export document checking from appointed forwarder
• Build good rapport and liaise with forwarder agents, custom department
• Ensure all orders are completed and ready for shipment as per planned schedule to book of transportation
• Responsible for weekly invoice posting to account dept
• TO prepare for weekly backorder report, related sales report
• Calculate various charges incurred in transportation, compare forwarder quotations/ negotiation competitive price and check invoices from transport company

Ideal Profile

• At least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any field
• PC literate; knowledge in window office word, excel & powerpoint.
• Interpersonal & negotiation skills
• Able to communicate effectively in English, Malay & Mandarin to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
• Must be able to work independently with little instruction and order
• Royal Malaysian Customs import & export regulation, forwarding rulings of foreign countries export/ Import activities knowledge are add advantage
