Duties & Responsibilities Perform day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the store.
Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers.
Working as an active member of the team, supporting colleagues in all tasks if required.
Efficiently and accurately manage stock acceptance and returns processes for books and magazines in the store.
Execute efficient stock replenishment for books and magazines while maintaining store tidiness.
Uphold high standards of display and visual merchandising, in alignment with planograms for books and magazines.
Demonstrate excellent books and magazines knowledge to customers highlighting key promotions and offers for books and magazines.
Job Requirements Preferred experience acquired within a books retail environment.
Strong teamwork skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Confident in maximizing sales opportunities.
Detail-oriented mindset for precise stock management and store presentation.
Able to work in shift hours, weekends & public holidays.
Willingness and ability to travel within Malaysia.

Required languages:
Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage.
