- Operating espresso machines and grinders to prepare coffee and tea drinks
- Taking customer orders and serving beverages and food items
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Stocking supplies, such as milk, sugar, and cups
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Cash handling and making accurate change
- Providing excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving customer complaints
- Prior experience as a barista or in a customer-facing role would be an advantage (Optional)
- Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English preferred.
- Prefer candidate with good time management & a team player.
- Statutory deductions prevailing labor law.
