Your challenges:
Planning, budgeting and forecasting

Prepare RFC input template.
Complete budgeting and forecast information for relevant countries/functions in collaboration with respective stakeholders and load into corporate reporting system.
Generate, validate and distribute RFC reports prior to final approval.
Enhance budgeting and forecasting processes through continuous improvement efforts.
Coordinate and complete Weekly sales forecast submission

Management Reporting and Analysis

Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate management reporting.
Prepare standard reporting templates, slides, KPIs and adaptation for changes in Business or Corporate Controlling requirements and distribute to responsible stakeholders.
Perform variance analysis versus budgets /forecast and highlight areas for action.
Support with detailed information to function heads upon request, e.g. cost tracking.
Managing and developing KPI reports and dashboards for management and leadership teams to support decision making.
Improve current systems and processes to ensure reporting is efficient and accurate.

Business Partnering and Support

Generate insights through analytics and data mining including trend analysis and benchmarking to improve decision making and commercial efficiency.
Guide Business and Function heads in Controlling processes, guidelines and definition.
Provide adhoc support and financial modelling for business teams and projects.
Provide sound financial input and robust challenge & insight to the business.
Work with key stakeholders to upskill and educate, driving a culture of strong financial accountability.
Providing insight & support on projects relating to systems upgrades and process improvements.
Work alongside the wider controlling team & management of workload.
Any other task and duties assigned.

Your expertise:

Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related field
Minimum 4 years working experience.
Very good Excel skills.
Knowledge of Visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) or Visual Basics will be an added advantage.
Thinker with strong analytics and ability to connect the dots.
Good communication skills.
Flexible and adapts to change easily.
Able to prioritize accordingly to meeting deadlines.
