- Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts
- Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications
- Integrate software components and third-party programs
- Verify and deploy programs and systems
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
- Gather and evaluate user feedback
- Recommend and execute improvements
- Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
- Displays an understanding of the functioning of other departments within the organization
- Demonstrates a good understanding of Entrust's position in the marketplace.
- Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent, any additional business-related education would be a plus. Demonstrable experience in the IT field, ideally IT Security
- 3 to 5 years' experience in software development and has good understanding of the software development process
- Must have .Net and C# experience with exposure of using C/C++
- Strong knowledge of software architectures and technologies
- Possess strong Entrust's Products and Solutions knowledge
- Technical skills: Windows, network, database, JavaScript, Information Security, EMV
- Collaborative, innovative, and agile, as customer focused
- Experience with Smartcard Solutions System Software
- Computer hardware trouble shooting experience
- Working knowledge of web and application servers (Apache, ISS); Certificate Authorities (MS, CA, RSACM)
