    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join Branch Real Estate team. In this role, you will provide operational support and contribute to the execution of real estate strategies in alignment with the Bank's business goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in the real estate field. This position will report to the Manager and the successful candidates will be based in Damansara City office. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in tenancy/lease management, including reviewing and negotiating agreements, resolving complaints, and addressing tenancy issues.
  • Administer security deposits and ensure compliance with tenancy agreements.
  • Collaborate effectively with Business Units and Branches to facilitate new tenancy, renewal, or amalgamation processes.
  • Prepare proposal and recommendation memos for management and relevant committees.
  • Assist in property acquisition and disposal initiatives, including engaging valuers and solicitors and conducting market research.
  • Inspect vacant units, arrange repair and maintenance when required, and maintain property portfolios.
  • Assist in producing tenancy/lease agreements and other relevant legal documents.
  • Support administrative processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and property finance-related exercises.
  • Execute instructions from line managers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure prompt administration of rentals, assessments, and other property-related expenditures.
  • Collate bank assets information and provide reports as requested.
  • Meet key performance indicators related to property and tenancy matters, including cost savings and budget/forecast preparation.
  • Job Requirements: Education/Qualification
  • Malaysian citizen
  • Diploma/Degree holder in Business/Finance/Real Estate/Asset Management or equivalent
  • 2 years and above related experience in acquisition and disposal management
