    Key Responsibilities

    Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements.
    • Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to ensure proposed solutions align with business goals.

    System Design And Architecture

    • Design system architectures and specifications based on business requirements.
    • Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure designs are implemented effectively.

    Application Development Support

    • Work closely with development teams to provide guidance on system requirements and functionality.
    • Participate in coding and scripting as needed for prototyping and testing.

    Testing And Quality Assurance

    • Develop test plans and perform testing to ensure the quality and reliability of systems.
    • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address and resolve defects.

    Implementation And Deployment

    • Coordinate and oversee the deployment of system updates and new features.
    • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.

    Documentation

    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system requirements, designs, and configurations.
    • Create user manuals and training materials as needed.

    User Support And Training

    • Provide support to end-users, addressing system-related queries and issues.
    • Conduct training sessions for users to facilitate effective system utilization.

    Collaboration With Cross-Functional Teams

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and operations, to ensure cohesive and integrated solutions.
    • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a System Analyst in the banking or financial services industry.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
    • Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
