    Job Responsibility

    • Manage daily enquiries (email, live chat, phone call, WhatsApp, social media, etc.) by providing accurate, valid and complete information.
    • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
    • Take the extra mile to engage and to deliver the best customer service to all of our customers.
    • Assist and guide customers to place orders on our sales channels.
    • Resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face in a timely manner and follow up closely to ensure resolution.

    • Excellent and strong communication skills.
    • Proactive with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Able to work independently with multitasking abilities and able to take work pressure.
    • The ideal candidate needs to possess good self-discipline.
