- Collaborate with hiring manager to define job requirements, qualifications and skills for open positions
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, utilising various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media and networking
- Review and screen resume and applications to identify potential candidates for further evaluation.
- Conduct screening calls and interview to assess candidate's qualifications, skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and participate in panel interviews and other assessment method, as needed
- Evaluate candidates using a combination of behavioural-based interviewing techniques, skills assessments, and reference checks
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment strategies, recruitment process employer branding, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and report
