- Developing architectural concepts & schematics to review details & working drawings.
- Knowledge and experience in planning BOH & FOH for the hospitality design industry is a must.
- Would be involved in both architecture and interior design work.
- Maintain/organize project files, schedules, and specifications.
- Project visits and assisting in construction supervision.
- To be able to manage, work independently & communicate well with other team members.
- possess at least a bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture (Part 3 RIBA preferred)
- A good portfolio of past design and creative projects especially in hospitality.
- Minimum 8 years working experience
- Hands-on in sketch planning & sections.
- Strong technical and practical CAD skills with an understanding of architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, RCP, electrical and structure.
- Strong understanding of and proficiency in archieving datelines.
- Job site experience including working with architects, builders and landscape architects, measuring and producing as-built documents.Must
- Skilled in PC usage and associated software including MSOffice
- Problem solving skills, organized, detail oriented, deadline driven, fast paced team player.
