    Job Responsibility

    • Making Outbound Calls: Making outbound calls to a list of existing customers and may use scripts provided to present products or services in a compelling manner.
    • Issue resolution: Listen attentively to customer feedback and concerns, and work diligently to find effective solutions, ensuring a positive experience and customer satisfaction.
    • Product or Service Knowledge: A good understanding of the products or services for promoting purpose. This knowledge allows them to address potential customers' questions and concerns effectively.
    • Customer Engagement: Aim to build rapport with existing customers to increase the likelihood of a successful sale. Building trust and addressing customer needs are crucial aspects of the job.
    • Handling Rejections: Able to handle rejection professionally, turning negative responses into opportunities to address concerns and potentially make a repeat sale.
    • Recordkeeping: Keeping accurate records of calls, customer responses, and sales is important for tracking performance and providing feedback to the sales team or management.
    • Adaptability: The ability to adapt to different situations and respond effectively to various customer personalities is crucial. You may encounter a wide range of responses and must adjust their approach accordingly.
    • Target Achievement: Often work with sales targets or quotas. Meeting or exceeding these targets is a key performance indicator in many telemarketing roles.
    • Handling Complaints and grievances : Every doubt of customer have to settle in a efficiently.
    • Attending Telecommunication Platform - Answering all the direct message , from website and others communication engine (Sleekflow)
    • Marketing & Campaign : Prepare paperwork for promotion, campaign and set the target for every of IT.

    Job Requirements

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, sales oriented with a natural ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues.
    • Focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
    • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a drive to meet and exceed customer engagement goals.
    • Familiarity and proficiency in data entry.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
