    Description

    Job Roles:

    This role is to provide support in ensuring that the core functions of the Integrity and Governance Unit (IGU) are implemented effectively. Under the guidelines, IGU is tasked with a robust set of responsibilities, including ensuring transparency in reporting and unequivocal discharge of duties on both integrity and governance matters of IGU in the best interest of Prasarana Group.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Head of Integrity and Governance in conducting and reviewing Corruption Risk Assessments per ABMS ISO 370001:2016 to ensure continuous improvement is integrated into the delivery of the governance and risk management functions. This would include the necessity to improve efficiency and effectiveness, mitigate risk levels to ensure ABMS compliance across the organization and establish high levels of accountability and governance.
    • Assist in coordinating and assessing integrity awareness (against industry standards and ensuring continuous improvement) and education programs to foster a culture of compliance and ethical behavior within the organisation. This includes identification of relevant training in assisting the Vice President in the provision of training.
    • Develop good working relationships with management and operations teams as part of increasing their awareness of corruption, power abuse, misconduct, and integrity violations.
    • Prepare section updates for Board Risks, Compliance and Governance Committee (BRCGC) on a periodic basis and any other Board /subsidiary board committees as and when required.
    • To ensure regular updates from GPD Vendor Management team with regards to signed copies of Vendor Code of Ethics (VCOE) declaration by vendors and/or any third parties and retain these signed copies within IGU shared server. This includes the necessary follow ups with GPD Vendor Management team to ensure 100% vendor compliance to the VCOE.
    • As and when required (for eg in a complex and large misconduct case), to assist to perform an investigation on misconduct allegations from the whistleblowing channel and any other investigation /review as required by Management and/or Board Risk Compliance Governance Committee (BRCGC)/ Board under the supervision of the Head of Investigation.

    Qualification, Competencies and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree with minimum of three (3) years experience in a compliance/ethics/integrity function
    • Good command of English (verbal and written) and Bahasa Malaysia (oral and written) is a must
    • Fair understanding of integrity and compliance best practices
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application and Adobe Photoshop
