    • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to management and external stakeholders.
    Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

    Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor annual budgets.
    • Provide financial forecasts and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
    Team Management:
    • Lead and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.
    • Oversee day-to-day activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
    Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
    • Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and implement necessary adjustments.
    Audit Coordination:
    • Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
    • Address audit findings and implement corrective actions as needed.
    Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Implement best practices in accounting procedures.
    Financial Analysis:
    • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
    • Provide insights into key performance indicators and financial trends.
    Risk Management:
    • Assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
    • Maintain a strong internal control environment.
    Business Development:
    • Ability to bring in clients regularly based on target.
    • Ability to maintain close relationships with clients.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA preferred.
    • Proven experience 5 years and above in accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, SQL, Autocount, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
