    Job Description:

    The Accounting Manager / Audit Manager will be responsible for overseeing accounting and audit functions for our clients in the SME space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both accounting and audit, with a focus on delivering exceptional financial services to our clients. This role also presents an exciting opportunity for candidates with strong business development skills, as there will be a profit-sharing component based on the candidate's ability to contribute to the growth of our client base.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Client Accounting:
    2. Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations for SME clients.
    3. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
    4. Audit Management:
    5. Plan and execute audit engagements for clients, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and accounting principles.
    6. Review financial statements, internal controls, and other audit documentation.
    7. Business Development:
    8. Identify and pursue business development opportunities within the SME sector.
    9. Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
    10. Team Leadership:
    11. Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
    12. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture within the team.
    13. Compliance and Risk Management:
    14. Stay updated on changes in accounting and auditing standards.
    15. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    16. Profit Sharing:
    17. Actively contribute to business development efforts.
    18. Eligibility for profit-sharing based on successful acquisition and retention of clients. Qualifications and Skills:
    19. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    20. Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
    21. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and audit, with a focus on SMEs.
    22. Strong business development skills and a proven track record of client acquisition.
    23. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
    24. In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and auditing procedures.
    25. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
