    We are hiring for the exciting position of Finance Associate, AP to join our multi-national FSSC in Kuala Lumpur.

    As the Finance Associate you will report into the APAC FSSC AP Manager supporting on all Accounts Payable responsibilities.

    This role is hybrid, with a working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Processing vendor invoices (PO and non-PO) accurately, making payment and respond to AP queries.
  • Investigate and resolve any invoice discrepancies with relevant parties on a timely basis.
  • To ensure the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of the transactions processed as per BSI's SLA and KPI.
  • Reconcile supplier statements to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the purchase ledger.
  • Responsible for the month end tasks in collaboration with the Financial Accounting team.
  • Perform other duties as and when delegated, including back-up, business process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc tasks.

    • About you

  • Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Experience of working in a Shared Service environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP and PO Systems will be an advantage.
  • Good in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
  • Ability to collaborate and be a team player.
  • Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively over calls, teams, emails etc.
