- Experience in leading a minimum of 3 engineers.

- 7 - 10 years of software engineering experience

- Proficient in MERN Stack and have developed at least one application
- Experienced with REST API integration
- Experienced with source control (SVN, GIT)
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Extensive knowledge of agile methodologies
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Understanding of CI/CD
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (JIRA)
- Experience in managing the software development lifecycle
- Ability to prioritize activities and deliver projects on time and within budget
