- Knowledge in computer skill
- Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to speak / writing in Chinese will be an added advantage.

- Assist on new webstore setup, ensure the progress complete on time
- Handle and support merchants' enquiries via phone call, email and live chat.
- Provide system training to merchant
- Provide guideline and idea on how to increase online sales to merchant.
- Provide guideline and idea on how to create social media to merchants
- Coordinate with E-commerce consultant on marketing plans and activities with merchants
- Coordinate with data entry to ensure merchant's product uploading to website on time
- Prepare Weekly E-mail blasting to customers
- Prepare Weekly Merchant Sales Report
- Any other duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time.
- Engage actively in pre-sales activities
