Job Responsibility

To be responsible for all the execution of tender/contract progress.
To monitor the installation progress as well as co-ordination with Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors to ensure efficient and timely delivery of assignment.
To report and monitor of progress of project to Project Manager.
To supervise and ensure works are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
To prepare method statement, shop drawings, installations / T&C checklist, work progress report and other relevant documents for M&E related works with project teams.
To coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants on preparation and submission of shop drawings.
To coordinate / prepare technical submissions with suppliers and subcontractors.
To assist the Project Manager to negotiate / procure materials, equipment and labour in accordance with approved budget.
To hold technical discussions with Project Manager/ Director to resolve technical / site issues.
To liaise and work with relevant authorities / subcontractors / clients on shop drawings / equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements and commissioning.
To have experience in working at Data Centre, Semiconductor or related industries.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Site experience will be advantageous.
Min. 3-5 yearsâ experience in the construction industry.
Good in AutoCad and BIM. Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements.
The candidate will assist and support the Project Manager in handling and monitoring the progress of projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to commence work immediately or short notice.
Good in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, etc.)
Eager to learn with high passion.
Possess own transport.
