Qualifications Graduate / Postgraduate with necessary experience and certifications (if any)Role Specific Competencies Some experience of regulatory reporting MIFID, EMIR, Dodd-Frank reporting & the systems used by banks to report trades.Excellent communication skills, both externally with the FM clients & internally with stakeholders.An understanding of the key FM/FMO functions in the bank. Flexible to change & 'Agile' ways of working.Experience working in a control focused environment. Ability to work as part of a global team to meet goals
•Regulatory Ops in (Banking / Insurance)
•Good Excel Knowledge,
•Agile / JIRA in Ops would be an additional value add skill for Manager (not Mandatory)
