    Description
    Job Title : IT PMO AnalystROLE PURPOSE:
    • Plan, monitor and manage projects [and initiatives] undertaken by the department to deliver the department's strategic and
    • operational outcomes that are aligned with the Bank's corporate strategies and priorities.
    • Perform the financial services functions within IT department to ensure adequate and robust budget planning and prudent
    • expenditure in order to support the department in overseeing its financial operations.
    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
    • Support PMO Lead in the preparation of the programme strategies and planning to deliver the department's business plan which include project investment, resource management and project inter-dependencies
    • Compile, consolidate and analyse status of projects within the programme and provide regular and consistent reporting to management by reviewing and monitoring overall projects progress, budget/expenditure, key risks and issues, and escalate to management in a timely manner
    • Maintain and enforce IT project/programme management practices, governance standards, processes and key performance metrics to ensure compliance to the Bank's standards and procedures
    • Compile and consolidate key performance metrics such as delivery within agreed scope, timeline, budget, quality level and meeting project objectives, benefits and stakeholders' expectations for measurement of project performance and lessons learned.
    • Assist the IT Finance Management Manager to plan, manage and administer the department's financial plan and expenditure including managing of expenses against the approved budget through quarterly reviews to keep track of progress of department's plans and adequacy of budget allocation.
    • Execute the financial planning process of IT department to formulate effective strategies to achieve the department's outcomes while ensuring alignment to the Bank's overall strategies.
    • Serve as a point of contact in the department on financial matters and perform IT department's account reconciliation (as one of the cost center in the Bank) to ensure efficient financial management with minimal discrepancies. Assist to coordinate, develop and present the annual IT financial statements and plans for the department in order to provide effective advisory to support the business needs of the Bank.
    SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE :

    • Academic Qualifications: A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

    • Licence / Certification: Project Management Professional [PMP] Certification [preferred]

    • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years working experience as a Project Manager for IT software development or IT infrastructure projects. Experience in related financial fields with preferred background experience on IT specific finance.
