Responsibilities:

To assist immediate supervisor to supervise and control daily works on site.
To ensure all works be carried out in accordance to drawings, specifications, procedure and instruction.
To supervise the works to ensure the works achieve the required quality.
To supervise the works to ensure that the completion targeted time is met.
To supervise coordinated and control sub-labour and sub-contractor's works.
To undertake any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
To quickly adapt and pick up understanding of all type of installation and construction drawings.
To supervise, train and control workers.
To order/manage/control materials requirement.
To plan out daily and weekly activities to ensure optimal usage of materials, manpower, equipment and machinery.
To prepare and record daily works activities.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in electrical engineering or equivalent.
Candidates with SPM and above and with good experience will also be considered.
Good team spirit, self-motivated and able to work immediately.
Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently with minimum supervision.
Preferably with 5 years of working experience in construction industries.
