- Responsible for self contain improvement in responsible package line
- Ensure KPIs are met especially on FAR, Yield and DDM
- Initiate monitoring, improving, analyzing and in control processes and materials.
- Establish, review and maintain the documentation. You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- More than 5 years related experience in Semiconductor Engineering will bean added advantage
- Coach and supervise technical specialists / technicians by assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to take the challenges and work under pressure.
