    Job Description

  • Responsible for managing all the group marketing campaigns/ events/ communication directions/ partnerships.
  • To ensure healthy performance & strive to achieve agreed team and business goals; measuring them using data, tools & resources provided.
  • Responsible for overall go-to-market strategies for regional/group directions, marketing campaigns & launches, project management & market development activities for assigned market portfolios.
  • To ensure a smooth marketing operation and that the welfare of the teams is taken care of.
  • Management of relationships with all marketing in AOC/ POS that includes media agencies, and other business partners, externally & internally.
  • Using creative/ effective channels to maximize promotional opportunities for AirAsia (Airline) cost-efficiently, building a consistent level of "buzz" around the brand, driving conversion & bookings for the business.
  • Acting as a Brand Ambassador for AirAsia - building on the awareness of AirAsia as a global brand in the travel & e-commerce space.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising or related discipline
  • At least 5 - 7 years of working experience.
  • Proficient in English. Additional language is an Advantage.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and usage of social media.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster collaboration & goodwill between different teams.
  • Capable of bringing order and harmony for the team to an otherwise demanding work pace.
  • Excellent analytical skills and understanding of data, campaign performance, and business financials.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, both tactical and strategic - achieving both time and budgetary deadlines.
  • Ability to work & be resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to be agile and adaptable to change.
  • A team player is yet able to work independently.
  • Have basic knowledge of entire AirAsia countries market & consumer trends.
