- Attending to the staff request for files etc.
- Open / create files for New Clients
- Scan all correspondence document into the Filing Room System
- Spiking files
- Barcoding new files
- Scan return files and put back into compactors
- Packing Archive files for storage
- Responsible for preparing summary invoice for payment
- SPM or equivalent
- Preferably minimum 1 year work experience in a similar capacity
- Required strong communication skills and proficiency in email interaction response
- Need to have IT experience/background
